Viewing menstruation as a problem that affects "everyone."

—For both those who menstruate and those who don't, let's consider the importance of learning about menstruation.

Menstruation is a part of the body's system, but it also has a significant impact on daily life.

Pain, PMS, worries, anxieties, and relationships with your partner—these are not things you should "endure with willpower" or "bear alone."

Having the right knowledge , being able to consult with someone you feel comfortable with, and having understanding and a supportive environment around you can alleviate the burden.

This will help alleviate the problem.

This exhibition views menstruation not as an individual issue, but as an issue affecting "everyone."

Small choices can make a big difference in someone's daily life.

Family, friends, lovers, classmates, club members, teachers, future colleagues—all around you are affected by menstruation.

There are people who live their lives through this. Even if you yourself are not in that situation right now, knowing how to support others will definitely be useful at some point in your life. No one is unaffected by menstruation.

What is menstruation (period)?

What is the significance of everyone knowing about and talking about menstruation?

Aile has been working to spread accurate information about menstruation and provide opportunities to talk about it through various activities. What we have always valued is reaching "everyone . "

We will convey these feelings through our journey so far and interviews with the people who have supported Aile.

Let's begin the story of menstruation.

In addition to the exhibition, Aile for Period also sold booklets they produced at the May Festival.

This site covers everything from basic knowledge about menstruation to social issues related to it.

This is information that elementary school students, regardless of gender, should know from the upper grades onward.

The booklet will be distributed to educational institutions nationwide starting around September of this year as part of the "Little Menstrual Museum" educational kit currently under development.

We plan to deliver them to public welfare organizations free of charge.

We are planning to deliver the product to your home around October, coinciding with the crowdfunding campaign.

Please check our website or the official Aile for Period Instagram account for the latest information!

I want to introduce a "small menstrual cycle museum"!

Aile for Period aims to create an environment where people can learn about menstruation anytime, anywhere , without being limited by location or time.

With this in mind, we are promoting a project to bring "Small Menstrual Museums" to the entire country.

We are developing a kit that can be used for menstrual education in schools and homes. We aim to complete it around September 2026, after which we will distribute it free of charge to educational institutions and public welfare organizations nationwide. Sales to individual households are currently being planned.

Educational institutions and public organizations interested in introducing the "Little Menstrual Museum" kit can apply using this form . We will contact you again once the kit is ready.

You can find more details about the project on this page.
